I am a wife, mother of two, and grandmother to two beautiful little girls.

I have lived just outside of the Village of Coldwater my entire life and I love it here.

I enjoy painting, knitting, crocheting, and spending time with family and friends during my free time.

I have always had a passion for natural options that can improve my health and help me feel good and have the energy to take care of myself and my family and friends.

 

 During a particularly work-related stressful time in my life, I learned the importance of taking time for self-care. I realized if I feel good physically and emotionally it is the best thing I can do for myself and everyone in my life.  It was at this point that I discovered both Reflexology and Reiki.

  I couldn't believe how wonderful I felt each time.  I was feeling grounded, rejuvenated, completely stress-free, and the Reflexology made my feet feel fantastic!

The health benefits of both Reflexology and Reiki are so vast and they have different effects on everyone.  Some people feel so relaxed afterward that it's time for a nice bath and a nap, others feel completely energized and find that they want to get going on some task that they've been putting off.
